I can't rate PM Cars highly enough - I've bought and sold various cars for 17 years and this is by far my best experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, fair, trustworthy. Simply superb. I had been looking an AUDI RS3 for a while and found that PM Motors had one I was interested in. Being on the Isle of Wight it wasn’t practical to visit the dealership and I was a bit nervous about purchasing the car remotely. Gary who answered my initial enquiry was always very patient reassuring me and providing me with all the information I asked for in a timely fashion. He provided numerous honest photographs of the vehicle to enable me to make an informed choice. The phone was always answered promptly and the other members of the Team I spoke to were equally helpful and efficient. The car arrived at the time agreed on the stated day, despite the distance involved, and was delivered by another friendly chap, Ricky, who also took our old car away in part exchange.
