What can anyone say to describe the level of service care and support from a car dealer. Gary in particular went above and beyond in communication and support in what turned out from my side to be an extended purchase period. The car was ceramic coated by Dom and for a used car it looked newer than cars in main dealers showrooms. I had been looking an AUDI RS3 for a while and found that PM Motors had one I was interested in. Being on the Isle of Wight it wasn’t practical to visit the dealership and I was a bit nervous about purchasing the car remotely. Gary who answered my initial enquiry was always very patient reassuring me and providing me with all the information I asked for in a timely fashion. He provided numerous honest photographs of the vehicle to enable me to make an informed choice. The phone was always answered promptly and the other members of the Team I spoke to were equally helpful and efficient. The car arrived at the time agreed on the stated day, despite the distance involved, and was delivered by another friendly chap, Ricky, who also took our old car away in part exchange. The RS3 was immaculately presented and just what I wanted. In summary the whole buying process was handled very well and everything went smoothly.
