I purchased a stunning BMW X3 after part exchanging my lovely C Class.I was offered a very good price for my car without having to haggle.I live over 3hrs away so Paul sent a very detailed video to my mobile showing the fantastic condition of the BMW.The car was absolutely as he described.I wouldn't have purchased the car without seeing the video first.Although the car would have sold easily to anyone.Paul was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble,he was never pushy at any point which I've never encountered buying a car before.He didn't try and sell a list of pointless 'add ons' which virtually ever dealer I've been to tries to do which drives me crazy.I've purchased over 45 cars and Paul's team are miles ahead of the others.Massive thank you to you all.You are all a refreshing change,just a shame it's rarely this easy.Cheers fellas and thank you to the lad who cleans the cars and is very polite,top job
