Particular shout out to Gary, who made what’s usually a stressful experience buying a car as straightforward and pleasant as possible. It’s all about the customer, listening to them, and going the extra mile for them - something that I appreciated coming from a sales background myself. Gary even responded to messages on his day off, and took a genuine interest in any questions or concerns - and addressing them. I visited PM Cars’ premises, and all the staff I met detailing the cars etc. were all extremely courteous and helpful. They had done a cracking job on my BMW with the ceramic coat I had requested. The preparation was most thorough, and the end result stunning to behold. Throughout the process Gary would keep in touch with videos of the car, and photos. Their ethos is keeping a customer as a lifelong customer, and stocking and selling first class motor vehicles. I was delighted with my purchase and would recommend them without hesitation.
