PM Car Sales gave an exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful right from the start. We travelled from Scotland down to view the vehicle and it was just as described in every way. A beautifully clean example, well cared for and had been thoroughly checked and tested for us.

I'd been looking for a particular flavour of car for a while, scouring autotrader etc. I saw this one pop up on a Friday about 17:30. I called straight away and had a lengthy chat with James. The car had just arrived with them but within half an hour I had received some initial pictures and a walk around video. We continued to chat I reserved via whatsapp and followed up with small reservation fee.Not having bought a used car for many years and because of the substantial cash outlay, I was always a bit wary about everything, especially as I had seen for myself other dealers out there and also read their reviews, it seemed a bit of minefield regarding who could be trusted. PM reviews are in different league and I can definitely say do speak for themselves.I made a long trip up to see the car to allay my concerns (unnecessarily as it turns out!), the car was exactly as described and I was able to test drive it, though James was unable to sort out the weather! Having a look around, there was plenty of other desirable metal all in fantastic looking condition, the set up there is also very clean and professional and not a back street operation in any way. All the history was explained, the car would go into the workshop to be checked and anything required would be done including MOT, a fresh service (uploaded to manufacturer digital system), 4 new tyres were deemed necessary which I got to choose, and the battery got replaced.Communication is excellent, I dealt with James all of the time who is happy to answer calls and whatsapp at practically any half reasonable time of the day and any concerns or queries I had were quickly dealt with and/or answered satisfactorily.Delivery was available, but I went up on the train to fetch the car myself because I wanted to use it on a long drive home and was even collected from the train station by one of the guys, Keith. I was treated to a fantastically clean and showroom ready car when I arrived. The handover process was seamless and swift, James setup my phone with the car etc and I was on my way soon after. I was reminded about the RAC warranty and break down assistance. Also, if I needed anything I should just get in touch whenever it may be. He'd even sorted an amazing sunny day for the journey home!This is how used car sales should be done. Full stop. Thanks to PM car sales, and honestly I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from them again even if I hadn't seen it, as they seem to only provide cars of a very high standard.P.S. My experience with PM car sales is by far the best experience I've ever had in buying a new car. James and all the team are fantastic and totally genuine. They looked after everything for changing over ownership to putting on the plates. The new BMX X3 was in showroom condition when it left the valeters and after sales care is has been outstanding. I honestly can’t rate PM car sales high enough, I wish I could rate higher than 5 star. Thanks James and all your team, I will undoubtedly be back when I’m looking for my next motor.

Another great experience buying another car from pm car sales with James. Great communication keeping me updated through the sale and no pressure into buying. Great service from start to finish! Immaculate car on collection, they even sorted the smallest of body work details ready for collection which I didn’t notice myself on my first viewing. A Text the next day to ask how the car was, which was a nice touch.

Excellent service, not disappointed. James was the first and only person i spoke with when i called about a car for my wife. We connected on WhatsApp and i asked many, many questions about the Macan i was looking to buy. He sent me everything and more, even after i had picked up the car flying up to Newcastle to get it and drive back down to Berkshire. The car was immaculately prepared,Polished , cleaned and exactly as he described. Worth the 300 mile trip and puts to shame the terrible service we are getting from LR on another car we bought 18months ago and new ! Great car, happy wife and will absolutely use James and PM when want to change car again

My experience was flawless, the original car I went to view was a perfect example but it just wasn’t for me after sitting down and explaining what requirements I was needing one of the salesman (James) told me he had the perfect car for me and he wasn’t wrong, am glad he took the time to listen to me rather than just trying to push the original car like most would of done, the preparation for the car was 10/10 and the customer service I received was 10/10 and I absolutely love my new car.
