5 Stars - Great Experience with James!I recently bought a car through Auto Trader, and I was dealt with by James. He was excellent to work with—very responsive and kept communication clear throughout the process. I really appreciated being able to reach out via WhatsApp, which made everything more convenient.The car itself was in fantastic condition and even looked better in person than in the photos. I bought a new work van through pm car sales via online sale.I found them brilliant, and very easy to deal with, all questions I had were answered honesty.It was the first time purchasing a vehicle online and was unsure of the process. But pm car sales made it extremely easy .The van was delivered to my house in immaculate condition and exceeded my expectations.pm car sales have even been in touch since to see how I am enjoying my new van!I would highly recommend this company.

Can’t speak highly enough of James and Jamie. Looking to buy my dream car but couldn’t fully commit due to health issues. The guys were so understanding and accommodating. Fabulous communication throughout the process and the car is wonderful and was brilliantly presented. I would recommend to anyone and would certainly. Six stars out of five!

It's not always ideal to purchase a car from a distance, but if you're looking for something special and immaculate, then I hope there are more dealerships and dealers like the guys at PM motors. James and Jamie were quick to respond to any queries, highly professional and provided an excellent service from beginning to end. Bought a car, sorted finance and requested alloys to be sprayed before delivery. However, after viewing they found a fault with the handbrake. They tried to resolve the issue but couldn't, so sent on to specialists who couldn't resolve the issue either.After a period of time, I decided I'd waited long enough as there was nothing concrete as to when the car would be fixed. Decided to unwind the deal and zero resistance from the dealer, full refund, no hesitation and fully understanding. Buying a car seemlessly is great customer service but communicating and being transparent when there are issues is also great customer service, in my opinion.

From my initial email enquiry about the Porsche's service & ownership history Gary was very professional and replied on the same day, I travelled over 200 miles to view & test drive the car and decided to purchase due to the very fair price and condition of the car which was better than others at main Porsche dealers.I would highly recommended Gary and his colleague James who kept in contact whilst I was arranging money transfers, insurance etc.The handover was smooth with Gary answering questions I had about various settings on the car.The car drives really well & I am very happy with it & would purchase from PM car Sales in the future.
