I recently purchased a car from PM Car Sales and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience.The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. The car was in excellent condition, and the whole process was smooth and transparent. I felt confident every step of the way. Recently purchased a VW Golf GTI TCR from James. Initially dealt with Gary - he was professional, friendly, easygoing, and very knowledgable. We couldn’t get the numbers to work first time around but I returned about a month or so later and did the deal. I had quite a few questions about the car and the process and they were always answered respectfully and transparently. The guys at PM Car Sales were fantastic throughout the process. They repainted the bonnet of my TCR prior to sale and gave the car a thorough single stage polish, both to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely delighted with the service I received from James at PM Car Sales. Car is brilliant and couldn’t be more pleased. Was a bit apprehensive before purchasing as based in Scotland and all the relevant sale requirements were done by phone. James was excellent throughout the process. Dealt with all my (many) queries and questions efficiently and swiftly. Very friendly and really put me at ease early on. The car looked mint on the photos and James also provided a detailed video walk around for me which was really helpful. I had option of delivery but could collect in person a couple of days early so it was a no brainer. They even arranged for Keith to pick me up at the station which made things really easy and stress free. The car was even better in person than I’d imagined. Stunning and was valeted to the highest standard! Was delighted. The car, a VW Golf GTI is superb and I’ve been loving it. A definite 10/10 service provided by James. I will definitely return in future when it’s time to replace. Thanks James

5 Stars - Great Experience with James!I recently bought a car through Auto Trader, and I was dealt with by James. He was excellent to work with—very responsive and kept communication clear throughout the process. I bought a new work van through pm car sales via online sale.I found them brilliant, and very easy to deal with, all questions I had were answered honesty.It was the first time purchasing a vehicle online and was unsure of the process. Can’t speak highly enough of James and Jamie. Looking to buy my dream car but couldn’t fully commit due to health issues. The guys were so understanding and accommodating. It's not always ideal to purchase a car from a distance, but if you're looking for something special and immaculate, then I hope there are more dealerships and dealers like the guys at PM motors.
