Another great experience buying another car from pm car sales with James. Great communication keeping me updated through the sale and no pressure into buying. Great service from start to finish! Immaculate car on collection, they even sorted the smallest of body work details ready for collection which I didn’t notice myself on my first viewing. A Text the next day to ask how the car was, which was a nice touch.

Excellent service, not disappointed. James was the first and only person i spoke with when i called about a car for my wife. We connected on WhatsApp and i asked many, many questions about the Macan i was looking to buy. He sent me everything and more, even after i had picked up the car flying up to Newcastle to get it and drive back down to Berkshire. The car was immaculately prepared,Polished , cleaned and exactly as he described. Worth the 300 mile trip and puts to shame the terrible service we are getting from LR on another car we bought 18months ago and new ! Great car, happy wife and will absolutely use James and PM when want to change car again

My experience was flawless, the original car I went to view was a perfect example but it just wasn’t for me after sitting down and explaining what requirements I was needing one of the salesman (James) told me he had the perfect car for me and he wasn’t wrong, am glad he took the time to listen to me rather than just trying to push the original car like most would of done, the preparation for the car was 10/10 and the customer service I received was 10/10 and I absolutely love my new car.

I had an amazing experience with PM Car Sales, and in particular James from start to finish. Always on hand to answer any questions and couldn’t have been more of a help throughout the process. They made it easy and stress free and the car is just out of this world in terms of valeting and care taken. Huge thanks to all at the garage, and will definitely be using them again.

Delighted with car- great company to deal with.I bought a car from PM Car sales a couple of weeks back. I did this without viewing the car in person and I transferred the cost of the car to PM before viewing the car as i stayed 4 hours away in Scotland. This is something I have not done before and to say I was nervous was an understatement. I am delighted to say that from start to finish James was an absolute professional to deal with. He described the car in great detail, including a video and to be honest he was over critical of the car ( few scuff marks on alloys which were refurbed before collection). He informed me when the payment had arrived and when the car would be ready for collection . The purchase was done over Christmas and new year but this had no affect on communication and preparation of the car. All in all James is a gentleman to deal with. When we arrived to collect we meet Gary who again was a gentleman, took his time going over the car and made sure we were completely happy before we set off back home. Great to deal with a company who is good to their word . The car was one of the best in the country and did not disappoint. Would 100% deal with PM again. And probably will
