Outstanding service from first contact until driving away. I hunted for the perfect Mercedes GLC 63 S, only 2 for sale in the country that matched my spec and PM car sales sold it for me. Informative from the word go, and answered any questions speedily. Travelled up from Cardiff to view the car which was detailed in advance to allow me to drive away. The car was in exceptional condition as it would leaving a showroom, the process was very easy yet you can see the due diligence carried out by PM car sales and their choice finance company which installed even more confidence in my ownership. Had the biggest smile on my face driving home and was easily worth the long journey to find the right car bought at the right price. Thank you to James and the team at PM

I visited PM Car Sales because I was looking to purchase a BMW M4 and didn't have a very good experience with my two local BMW franchise dealerships. Dealing with Jamie at PM Cars couldn’t have been more different because there was no pressure to buy the M4 at any time during the sales process, whereas BMW made me uncomfortable with the constant pressure. In addition to this, the condition of the car at PM Cars was like new and the part exchange that PM Car Sales offered was significantly higher than the BMW dealerships, despite the fact my existing car was also a BMW. I will definitely be returning to PM Car Sales when I’m ready to change to M4 for a more sensible car.

Great from start to finish, Ray who looked after me communicated at every opportunity. I have owned the vehicle for 3 weeks and this was followed up recently by a courtesy call asking if everything was OK. Great service....
